Patrizia Arnold holds an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Business Administration (Business Management and General Management), has an engineering degree in food technology and has several years of experience in quality and change management. She has worked in a wide variety of roles, including as a project manager (PMP certified), project coordinator and quality manager. Most recently, she was a project manager in public administration, responsible for the development and implementation of business continuity management (BCM). She is a certified “Business Continuity Certified Expert (BCCE)” according to the BCM Institute.
Patrizia Arnold also has management experience and many years of international professional experience in various industries. Thanks to her experience as a generalist, she is able to ensure know-how transfer in a specialised and process-specific manner and develop practicable solutions. Her particular strengths are her analytical skills and problem-solving expertise. Patrizia Arnold works as a consultant and trainer at Swiss Infosec AG. In her role as a consultant, she specialises in the areas of risk management, business continuity management, crisis management and information security (ISMS/ISO 27001). She provides her services in German and English.
