Head of Digital & AI
Pascal Ammeter is Head of Digital & AI at Swiss Infosec AG and leads the Digital Transformation & AI department. His areas of responsibility include the further development of the associated consultancy and training services, the management of internal IT, and the implementation of Swiss Infosec AG’s digital strategy through the prioritisation and coordination of cross-functional transformation projects. In this role, he combines the strategic development of Swiss Infosec AG with leadership responsibilities and practical experience in implementing digital technologies and new ways of working. In his consultancy work, he supports executive boards, senior managers and specialist departments in navigating the digital transformation safely and making targeted use of the opportunities offered by AI.
Pascal Ammeter began his apprenticeship as a Multimedia Specialist at Swiss Infosec AG in 2013. After working in consultancy as a junior consultant, he took on the role of Digital Business Manager in 2019. From 2025, he served as Head of Digital Transformation and Deputy Team Leader in the Corporate Strategy & Development division.
Pascal Ammeter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Business Management from the University of Applied Sciences of Graubünden (FHGR) and a Master’s degree in Business Informatics from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU). His profile is complemented by leadership experience gained in his military career as a First Lieutenant in the Swiss armed forces.
