Rita Zimmerli

Managing Consultant

Rita Zimmerli worked as a business economist HF in various business divisions. She has several years of generalist experience in various branches of industry and is active in cross-industry projects. She has many years of experience in the field of information security, both as a senior consultant at Swiss Infosec AG and as a security officer and as a security team leader at an internet service provider and data centre operator.

At Swiss Infosec AG, Rita Zimmerli serves as Managing Consultant, BSI-certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and SWISSI Safety Officer for fire protection in the field of Integral Security. She is involved in various projects, particularly in the establishment, operation, and continuous development of information security management systems according to ISO 27001, risk management, and physical security. In addition to her consulting work, she is active in adult education within her areas of expertise and is recognized as a dedicated and skilled trainer. Ms. Zimmerli is also available to our clients as an Information Security Officer in a mandate capacity.

Security is as sustainable and purposeful as the human being is able to implement it.


Tatjana Furrer

Managing Consultant

Tatjana Furrer studied law at the Universities of Vladimir (Russia) and Zurich and is admitted to the Zurich Bar. She recently expanded her knowledge in the area of management and compliance with a postgraduate degree (DAS MLP-HSG) at the Executive School of the University of St. Gallen.

Before joining Swiss Infosec AG, Tatjana Furrer worked for several years as a corporate lawyer for two internationally operating industrial companies and before that as a lawyer for national and international clients at two renowned Zurich business law firms.

Tatjana Furrer brings several years of consulting experience in IT procurement and outsourcing projects, including drafting, editing and negotiating various IT contracts. Through the project “Implementation of the EU-GDPR” she found her way into the further focus area of data protection and acquired the relevant specific know-how.

In addition to her work as a managing consultant at Swiss Infosec AG, she continues to teach IT law as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) and is also a member of the swissICT legal commission, which supports the association’s members with a range of services in ICT-related legal matters.

Tatjana Furrer advises in connection with digitalisation (IT/IP law), data protection and other subject-related areas (e.g. business and contract law). She provides her legal services in German, English and Russian.
