Behar Osmanaj

Behar Osmanaj, MLaw, received his Master of Law degree from the University of Lucerne in 2011. During his studies he was fascinated by the interfaces between law, economics and computer science. When choosing his subjects, he was guided by his great interest in data law issues and thus early on laid the foundation for his current position at Swiss Infosec AG with a focus on information security and data protection. During his professional activities for various law firms and private companies, Behar Osmanaj dealt in depth with the relevant Swiss and European requirements. At the same time, he gained profound knowledge and experience in various other areas of law, especially in the areas of governance, risk and compliance. Within data law, his expertise in assessing many available online tools regarding data protection law compliance serves him particularly well. He is also a member of IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals) and is a certified CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe).

At Swiss Infosec AG, Behar Osmanaj is active in consulting and training in the areas of information security and data protection. He develops customer-specific concepts, directives or guidelines and deals with legal issues of all kinds, particularly in the area of data protection. As a data protection specialist, he is also available to our customers as an external data protection officer in accordance with the GDPR and as an operational data protection officer in accordance with FADP. Behar Osmanaj provides legal services in German, Albanian, English and Italian.

Valentina Christen-Zihlmann

Managing Consultant

Valentina Christen-Zihlmann, PhD, Attorney-at-Law, studied law in Lucerne, Geneva and Chicago. After qualifying as an attorney, she worked at a leading audit and advisory firm as well as at a business law-oriented law firm before joining Swiss Infosec.

In 2024, Valentina Christen-Zihlmann completed her doctoral degree in law, in parallel with her professional practice, at the University of Basel, specialising in life sciences law. Since 2026, she has been a certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) and is a member of the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals). A particular focus of her work is advising organisations in the healthcare sector on matters relating to data protection and artificial intelligence.

Valentina Christen-Zihlmann has been working at Swiss Infosec AG since 2018, providing consulting and training services in the areas of data protection, artificial intelligence, IT law and legal & compliance. She supports clients in the development of customised concepts, policies and guidelines, advises on a wide range of legal matters, particularly in data protection law, and acts as an external Data Protection Officer (DPO) in accordance with the Swiss FADP and the GDPR. She provides legal services in German, English and French.
