Head of Cyber- and IT Security Consulting

Christian Fichera is an experienced cybersecurity expert with over 15 years’ international experience in the fields of offensive security, GRC and strategic security management. He possesses in-depth knowledge of both technical and organisational aspects of cybersecurity and combines this with strong leadership and communication skills. At Swiss Infosec AG, he heads the IT Security Consulting division and is a member of the Executive Board.

After completing his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science at the University of Strasbourg, Christian Fichera gained his first international experience as a software analyst. He made the move into cybersecurity at the wizlynx group, where, as Director of Cyber Security, he built and led an international team. He subsequently worked at terreActive AG and Swiss Post Cybersecurity as Team Leader for Audit, Risk & Compliance and as Director of Consulting & Integration – with managerial responsibility for around 30 specialists in Switzerland and Luxembourg.

Christian Fichera holds multiple certifications, including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), OSCP, GXPN, GCPN, GWEB and GAWN. He advises organisations in sectors such as healthcare, the public sector, industry and finance as an external CISO, and carries out security audits, penetration tests, risk analyses and red team engagements. As well as Italian, his mother tongue, he speaks German, English and French fluently.

The only truly secure computer is one that is disconnected from the mains, encased in lead and buried in a safe – and even then, I have my doubts.

Head of Management Services

Sarah Gerber is a member of the Executive Board and heads the Management Services department. This includes the Project Management Office, Human Resources, Training Administration, Finance and Facility Management.

Sarah Gerber has extensive experience in administrative and organisational roles as well as in customer and service-oriented areas. Her professional career has taken her from the high-end hotel industry to management positions in the automotive sector and management consulting.

She gained her professional and leadership skills through targeted further training in leadership at the KV Luzern Berufsakademie. Since joining Swiss Infosec AG, she has been responsible for various tasks and processes and was Deputy Head of Management Services before taking over as Head of the department in June 2025.

In her role as Head of Management Services, Sarah Gerber works with her team to ensure efficient processes, clear structures and reliable internal organisation. Her goal is to strengthen the administrative foundation of Swiss Infosec AG with a dedicated team and to further develop Management Services as an effective enabler for the entire company.
