M365-Administrator und IT-Supporter
In recent years, Marcel Schmid has gained professional experience in the areas of software development and systems engineering in various industries and is currently deepening this knowledge in a part-time degree programme in business IT at the Fernfachhochschule Schweiz (FFHS). Since June 2021, he has been a member of the Management Service Team and, as an M365 administrator and IT supporter, is responsible for the operational processes of the IT infrastructure. This includes, in particular, IT support, the management of all IT resources and the implementation of user training. He develops IT concepts and takes care of the continuous improvement process within the IT infrastructure. In addition, he takes over the training of our apprentice mediamaticians in the area of IT as a specialist supervisor within the vocational training
