Before his role at Swiss Infosec AG, the experienced lawyer Dimitri Korostylev worked as a legal counsel in the areas of legal and compliance (corporate law, contract design, insurance and fund law, etc.) at various financial institutions in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. He also had various other roles, including data protection officer and outsourcing manager. As the data protection officer responsible for implementing all the measures required under the GDPR and the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) in 2018, he discovered his passion for consulting in IT and data protection law.
Dimitri Korostylev is head of the Legal & Data Privacy Consulting team and a member of the Executive Board of Swiss Infosec AG. He works in consulting and training in the areas of data protection, AI, IT law and legal & compliance, and supports our customers by creating customer-specific concepts, guidelines or policies. He handles legal issues of all kinds and is available to our customers in particular as an external data protection officer (DPO) in accordance with the FADP and GDPR. He provides his services in German and English.
He is a Certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP), Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) and member of the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals).
