Copywriter
After two semesters of law at the University of Berne, Désirée Varrone was gripped by wanderlust and an interest in tourism. After her time at Swissair, she joined the Lucerne Tourist Office as a trained personnel assistant, where she was responsible for HR, finance, advertising and marketing and supported the then Director Tourism Kurt H. Illi, particularly in the area of texts and PR. Since then she has worked as a copywriter, for Swiss Infosec AG since 2010. In parallel, she has continued her education in the areas of organisation, training and communication.
Désirée Varrone works closely with marketing at Swiss Infosec AG and creates content e.g. for the monthly newsletter, for the Swiss Infosec AG website, for mailings and articles. She is also responsible for the reviews of MEET SWISS INFOSEC! and SWISS GRC DAY.
