Consultant
Ardiana Krasniqi is an experienced project manager with a degree in banking economics HF. Her professional career began with a commercial apprenticeship at a renowned major bank. She then successfully completed an internal language programme at the same bank to improve her French skills and gain insight behind the scenes of a major bank. For several years, she worked as a dedicated bank client advisor and eventually managed a team in client advisory. These experiences consolidated her excellent customer service skills and enabled her to develop leadership skills.
Due to her strong interest in staff development and organisational processes, she moved to a position in project management. There, she designed and conducted staff training and development courses in German, English and French.
As a consultant at Swiss Infosec AG, Ardiana Krasniqi uses these skills and her newly acquired know-how in the areas of awareness and information security – both in consulting and as part of Swiss Infosec AG’s wide-ranging education and training programme.
