Ardiana Krasniqi is an experienced project manager with a diploma in banking and finance (HF). Her professional career began with an apprenticeship as a commercial clerk at a renowned major bank, followed by an in-house language programme to improve her French language skills. For several years, she worked as a bank customer advisor and led a team in customer advisory services, developing valuable leadership skills in the process. In project management, she designed and delivered training courses in staff training and development in German, English and French.
At Swiss Infosec AG, she also expanded her experience in information security projects as well as in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management (CM). As a certified Lead Auditor to ISO 27001 and ISO 22301, she brings in-depth knowledge of the assessment of information security management systems and business continuity management systems.
In her consulting role, she focuses on the areas of information security, business continuity management, crisis management and security awareness, and applies her expertise at Swiss Infosec AG in consultancy as well as in training and development programmes.
