The external representative according to GDPR: simply and securely maintain EU/EEA markets without an EU branch office

Under Article 27 of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), companies with offices outside an EU/EEA country must appoint an official representative in the EU or EEA if they target end customers in EU/EEA countries with their offer or monitor the behaviour of individuals in EU/EEA countries, for which online tracking on the website may suffice.

Our subsidiary, Swiss Infosec (Deutschland) GmbH, based in Berlin, represents Swiss companies in the EU that are affected by the GDPR and/or its Article 27. Our data protection specialists take on all the tasks of the external representative and also advise them with data protection best practice and are available as a contact person for all questions relating to compliance with the GDPR.

Contact us for a quote and let the EU representation according to GDPR be our concern!
