EU Data Compliance (English)

Digital training course on current EU legislation in the area of data compliance and its impact on organisations.

The influence of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital services on our everyday lives, society and the economy is growing enormously. Digital services and markets are becoming increasingly complex and powerful. This is where the EU’s digital agenda comes in. It aims to actively shape the digital transformation in Europe in a value-based and fair manner by means of ground-breaking legal acts and, among other things, focuses on high standards in the areas of data protection, security and transparency.

These regulations do not only affect companies within the EU. Organisations outside the EU may also fall under these regulations due to cross-border business models, digital services or the processing of data of data subjects in the EU.

AI Act, NIS-2, DSA, DMA, DORA & Co.: In this course, we shed light on these abbreviations and highlight the content and areas of application of EU legal acts in the field of data compliance as well as their concrete effects on organisations inside and outside the EU.
