Head of Management Services
Sarah Gerber is a member of the Executive Board and heads the Management Services department. This includes the Project Management Office, Human Resources, Training Administration, Finance and Facility Management.
Sarah Gerber has extensive experience in administrative and organisational roles as well as in customer and service-oriented areas. Her professional career has taken her from the high-end hotel industry to management positions in the automotive sector and management consulting.
She gained her professional and leadership skills through targeted further training in leadership at the KV Luzern Berufsakademie. Since joining Swiss Infosec AG, she has been responsible for various tasks and processes and was Deputy Head of Management Services before taking over as Head of the department in June 2025.
In her role as Head of Management Services, Sarah Gerber works with her team to ensure efficient processes, clear structures and reliable internal organisation. Her goal is to strengthen the administrative foundation of Swiss Infosec AG with a dedicated team and to further develop Management Services as an effective enabler for the entire company.
