Management Service Manager

After completing her training as a retail specialist with a Swiss Federal Certificate, Florence Zbinden gained practical experience in sales, consulting and aftersales. Florence Zbinden is part of the Management Services team and has been supporting Swiss Infosec AG in administrative matters since June 2024, taking on more responsible tasks in the sale of our training and further education services. In her area of responsibility, she appreciates the contact with customers and partners as well as the lively environment.

Head of IT

In recent years, Marcel Schmid has gained professional experience in the areas of software development and systems engineering in various industries and is currently deepening this knowledge in a part-time degree programme in business IT at the Fernfachhochschule Schweiz (FFHS). Since June 2021, he has been a member of the Management Service Team and, as Head of IT, is responsible for the operational processes of the IT infrastructure. This includes, in particular, IT support, the management of all IT resources and the implementation of user training. He develops IT concepts and takes care of the continuous improvement process within the IT infrastructure. In addition, he takes over the training of our apprentice mediamaticians in the area of IT as a specialist supervisor within the vocational training
