Human Resources Manager
Angelika Marxer has been working for Swiss Infosec AG since 2013 and has a solid background in business administration. She completed her part-time studies at the Swiss Distance Learning University (FFHS) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources Management.
In her role as Human Resources Manager, she is responsible for key tasks throughout the employee lifecycle. These include preparing documents relevant to labor law, carefully maintaining and developing personnel data, and providing structured support for new hires and departures. She oversees the recruitment process and supports managers and applicants throughout the entire process.
Another focus of her work is the further development of internal HR guidelines. She develops, maintains, and updates directives, regulations, and information sheets, thereby ensuring that internal standards are transparent, up-to-date, and legally sound. In addition, she is involved in cross-departmental projects and works closely with interfaces such as payroll accounting.
In collaboration with the Head of Management Services, she actively participates in the continuous optimization of structures, processes, and responsibilities in HR. Her focus is on ensuring clarity, efficiency, and traceability in HR processes, thereby creating a reliable foundation for the entire organization.
